We accept returns & refunds only if:

Yes! If your Betta fish arrives dead, please provide a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund based on our policy.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Note: After QR code payment, cancellations are not allowed.
